The collection consists of copied photographs dating 1927-1955 that depict various people, buildings and views in Barrhead, Alberta including Carl Johnson’s Central Meat Market, Hooper’s Garage, the Bank of Toronto, nuns, the United church and St. John’s Lutheran church, an Alberta Jubilee parade, street views, cars, the first train in Barrhead, and a hospital built by Doctor (Dr.) E.J. Varreau.

The collection consists of a photograph of the Alberta School Trustee's Association Annual Convention dating from 1950, a photograph of the 26th Annual Convention of the Alberta Dairymen's Association dating from 1950, an invitation to the opening of the Percy Page Centre dating from 1987, a poster featuring Pilbrock, Alberta, and a poster commemorating Alberta's Golden Jubilee in 1955.

Fonds consists of a programme from the Alberta Golden Jubilee, an invitation to a dance, and a publication of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

The fonds consists of scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings, programs, invitations about the construction, opening and performances at the Alberta Jubilee Auditoriums, an Alberta Jubilee Auditoriums publication, and materials relating to Alberta's Golden Jubilee celebrations including a calendar, publications, sheet music, programs and brochures. The fonds also includes photographs of the Alberta Golden Jubilee Caravan and others photographs relating to Alberta's Golden Jubilee.
