The series consists of records related generally to personnel within the Department of Agriculture and the organization of the Department.

The fonds consists of the administrative records of the Alberta Provincial Parks Alumni Association (APPAA) and includes newsletters, Board and Annual General meeting minutes and correspondence.

The fonds consists of the records created by both the Civil Service Association and the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees from the inception of the CSA in 1919 to its present day incarnation. The fonds is made up of minutes of meetings, bulletins, labour relations files, negotiations, classification appeals, and affiliations relating to the running of AUPE as a whole and to individual branch operations. The fonds also contains material relating to constitutional matters and by-laws, administration, membership services, committees, publicity and annual conventions of both the CSA and AUPE. The fonds is divided into the Civil Service Association sous-fonds and the following series: labour relations; classification appeals; negotiations; CSA material and; public affairs.

There are also scrapbooks containing clippings related to AUPE activities throughout the 1980s and 1990s, including scrapbooks devoted to the Health Care Employees Union of Alberta, a union that briefly splintered from AUPE in the 1980s before reintegrating back into AUPE. There is also a 1918 copy of the Constitution and Guidelines of the Brotherhood of Dominion Express Employees.

The photographs and negatives included in the scrapbooks depict events such as AUPE training sessions, demonstrations, bargaining and arbitration sessions, staff members, and conventions. There is also a framed portrait of W.T. Aiken, the first president of the Civil Service Association of Alberta, the predecessor organization to AUPE.

The series consists of the records created and received by the Assistant Deputy Minister of Property Services pertaining to operations in that business unit.

The series consists of records related to the personnel of the Department of the Attorney General. The files include organizational charts, pay plans, staff statistics ledgers, salary positions registers and payroll registers.

The fonds consists of records related to Cook’s dismissal from his position as Superintendent of the Inspection Services Branch. It consists of private correspondence, legal correspondence, and reports drafted in his defence.

The series consists of records created and received by the Deputy Minister of Federal and Intergovernmental Affairs.

The fonds consists of 17 drawings of the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta dating from the 1960's created by Doug Haynes. The fonds also includes 11 photographs of the Deputy Ministers of the Government of Alberta Department of Public Works dating from the 1960's taken by Doug Haynes.

The fonds consists of a eulogy, birth registration, newspaper clippings, correspondence, diplomas, and memorial records of Harold Taylor Howard. The artwork is of buildings, scenery, designs, posters, book covers, flowers, and portraits. Photographs and negatives are of Harold in military uniform, flowers and gardens, singing groups, friends, and his 60th wedding anniversary. The handkerchief is hand-painted by Harold.

The fonds consists of home economics class notes of Maxine Obert dating from 1960 and a booklet of the minutes of the fifty-first Convention of the Civil Service Association of Alberta.

The series consists of the executive records of the Motor Transport Board chairperson as well as other related records. In particular, the records created by Carl Procuik, Chairman of the Board are included.

The fonds consists of photographs and biographical sketches of Government of Alberta Municipal Affairs officers and committees.

The series consists of oaths of allegiance sworn by various public officials and submitted to the Clerk of Executive Council as required by legislation. The records include oaths taken by members of the public service (1921-1927, 1940-1949), justices of the peace and police magistrates (1922-1972), sheriffs' bailiffs (1919-1951, 1960-1970), process issuers (1906-1970), coroners (1955-1972) and Alberta Provincial Police officers (1917-1922). The series also includes oaths of allegiance sent to the Provincial Auditor (1920-1927).

The fonds consists of films and VHS of home movies, family events, and activities ca. 1950s – 2000.

The series consists of the records of Peter Elzinga, Chief of Staff to Premier Ralph Klein. The series contains action requests, correspondence files, and subject files pertaining to Alberta municipalities, premier’s conferences, and other activities.

The fonds consists of certificates and awards related to Reg Williamson’s education, service, career, and organizations of which he was a member. There are also identification cards, a eulogy, resume, biography, and photographs of family, friends, work, and graduations.
