          The fonds contains a Cree Almanack written by Rev. A. C. Garrioch in 1889, and an 1890 letter from Garrioch concerning his missionary work. The almanac includes the Lord’s Prayer, the Creed, and the Ten Commandments written in syllabics.

The fonds includes baptismal records, marriage and burial registers, accounts of the diocese and various parishes, meeting minutes, diaries of missionaries, photos, correspondence between missions, histories, biographies and maps.

          The fonds consists of images related to D.C Cranston's life in Alberta and features images of the staging area of Burnsites on their way to Beaverlodge, Alberta, Athabasca Landing, a wagon overturned on the trail, cutting wood, the S.S. Northern Light on Lessler Slave Lake, a wagon boarding the ferry at the Peace River Crossing, the first home of Mr. and Mrs. E.A. Smith, the first post office at Lake Saskatoon, the second annual sports day at Lake Saskatoon, the first wedding in Beaverlodge, the Beaverlodge baseball team, a log cabin, Ralph Carrel and Jake Glesnet at Grande Prairie.

          The fonds also comprises photographs related to Maud Clifford including images featuring the first church at Spirit River, the Anglican mission house at Spirit River, the Hudson's Bay Company post at Dunvegan, the Roman Catholic Church at Bear Creek, and the home of Rev. Alexander Forbes at Flying Shot Lake.

          The fonds also includes photographs featuring the Beaverlodge Experimental Farm including photographs featuring the experimental; and images featuring the Beaverlodge region including images featuring a picnic day, picking currents, binding grain, the first automobile to reach Grande Prairie from Edmonton over the Edson Trail, a cutter constructer on the front bob of a sleigh, and sunflowers. The photographs date from 1909 to 1921.

          The collection consists of copied images of photographs taken by J.J. O'Neill on a journey through the Northwest Territories in 1921. The images include notes added by G.C. Cherer including titles and identification of individuals.

          The images feature a dog team plowing in at the Hay River Mission; First Nations peoples leaving Deadman's Island on Great Slave Lake; Fort Providence; fishers at Great Slave Lake; Fort Norman; the Anglican Mission School at Hay River; a First Nations settlement at Two Islands; the Mackenzie River; a dog at Hay River; a First Nation's boat; Fort Resolution; Fort Smith; the mouth of the Nahanni River; Royal Canadian Mounted Police Barracks at Fitzgerald; Deadman's Island, Oil Creek, Imperial Oil Company's well at Fort Norman; a Hudson's Bay Company boat on the Mackenzie River; Wrigley Northwest Territories; Fort Chipewyan; and Fort Fitzgerald.

          The fonds also includes a letter from Dr. J.J. O'Neill to G.C. Cherer regarding J.J. O'Neill's journey throughout the Northwest Territories.

          Fonds consists of records primarily relating to the Sheridan Lawrence family and their activities or interests, but also consists of records pertaining to the entire Lawrence family. Records include newspaper clippings about various family members, genealogy books written by members of the Lawrence family and photographs.           The fonds consists of images taken by M.J.C. Levason, an amateur photographer, originally dating ca. 1917-1922 and 1925-1928, from St. Peter’s Mission, Lesser Slave Lake, St. Andrew’s Mission, Whitefish Lake, and St. Andrew’s Mission, Lake Saskatoon, and include images of Levason and his family, local aboriginal residents, children, picnics, houses, home interiors such as parlors and kitchens, Christmas decorations, toys and dolls, church exteriors and interiors, Hudson’s Bay Company buildings, stores and buildings, streets, boats, lakes, teepees, tents, canoes, dogsleds, automobiles, turkeys, and activities such as ice cutting, sewing, and sawing.

          These records consist of two photo albums, a diary kept by Norman Green during his missionary work in Alberta (1942), several newspaper clippings, correspondence, and a few loose photos. The loose photographs are related to the Sunday School Caravan album, and two of the news clippings are from 2002 and 2003.

          The first photograph album depicts Norman Green’s time as a missionary to Lac La Biche in the summer of 1942, and mostly includes photographs taken during his travels before arriving in Lac La Biche (largely Ontario and Alberta) and of landscapes and animals at the mission. There are also some photos of homesteads, parishioners, and the congregation. Other images describe Edmonton, towns, churches, rivers, lakes, sunsets, automobiles, roads, houses, and farming. The fonds also includes negative copies of most of the photographs in this album.

          The second photo album is titled “Sunday School Caravan Mission 1940.” This album depicts life on the road and in the van for Sunday School Caravaners, as well as other transportation methods for more-remote communities, landscapes, missions and a schoolhouse, bible studies and camps, and clergy and children. This album primarily includes photographs taken in British Columbia, and depicts the Sunday School Caravan of Jean Perkins (the teacher) and Dorothy Iverson (the driver).
