            The fonds consists of records that were created during the course of Moses’ career as an artist and include catalogues, posters, and invitations for exhibitions featuring Moses’ work; magazines and newspapers featuring articles about Moses or exhibits in which her work was shown; project files; and audiovisual elements from select projects.

            The project files contain artist statements, scripts, notes, and other planning documents for a variety of performance or installation pieces. The audiovisual records are sometimes one element of a wider work (e.g. slides or audio recordings) or constitute a complete work meant for screening in a gallery setting. Projects represented in these files and audiovisual material include Canciones de las Madres, OtterWoman Breathing, Not Suitable for Mature Audiences, Mubarakah, Pressure Pressure, Say It, and The Measure of Success.

            There are also several monographs included in the donation that were either written by or feature Moses, including Health and Safety in Printmaking: A Manual for Printmakers, An Alberta Art Chronicle: Adventures in Recent and Contemporary Art, Cancer and the Art of Healing, and Performance au/in Canada 1970-1990.

            Fonds consists of contracts, budgets, correspondence, grant proposals, notes, promotional material, photographs, photocopies of research material, newspaper clippings, videotapes, audio recordings, digital photographs, and digital images of paintings for art curator Gordon Snyder's exhibit and book on artist Nicholas de Grandmaison which was mounted and published in 2007. Also includes proofs for the book and a copy of his published book, Drawn from the Past: Nicholas de Grandmaison and two framed lithographed art reproductions of Nicholas de Grandmaison pastels published by Last Arrow Ltd.: "Blackfoot Brave" and "Chief Coldweather". Videotapes include footage regarding the 1982 Glenbow exhibit "History in Their Blood" and a copy of de Grandmaison family home movies that are in the holdings of the National Gallery of Canada. Audio recordings include copies of audograph discs, for which the originals are held at the University of Lethbridge Art Gallery. These consist of interviews that Nicholas de Grandmaison conducted with portrait sitters, mainly First Nations people from the 1950s and 1970s. Audio recordings also include a copy of the CBC radio program "Faces Lit in the Dark" and original oral history recordings of Nicholas de Grandmaison and family members.

            The fonds also consists of material is directly related to Snyder's work as a curator, artist, and gallery owner. There are negatives, slides, and .jpeg/.tiff photos that depict images of Snyder's work or the work of artists that were curated by Snyder in a gallery, festival, or touring exhibit. These images are identified with the name of the artist also noted and provide evidence of the role and work of a curator. Includes information about artists Maxwell Bates, Ralph Hedlin, Illingworth Kerr, F.H. Johnson, Nicholas de Grandmaison, and Clarence Tillenius.

            There is also textual material (including files on the computer disks and on some of the CD-ROMs) that provides evidence of the working life of a curator and includes correspondence with artists and art dealers, drafts of program notes, printed programs that Snyder contributed to, and financial information that shows the business side of art management.

            There are audiocassettes that feature recorded artist talks given by Les Graff and Andy Fabo about their work. Snyder had dealings with both artists and these talks provide informational value related to their work and further evidential value concerning the arts milieu.

            Among these records, specific projects are particularly represented. These include major touring exhibits such as Through Alberta Eyes: The Photographs of Orest Semchishen, Snyder’s involvement with The Works International Visual Arts Society and its annual arts festival, and Snyder’s research of artist Illingsworth Kerr.

Also included is a privately published collection of stories. The reel-to-reel audio tapes include recorded shows of ‘Les Normandises’, broadcast in 1986-1987. The scrapbook was given to Normand Fontaine to celebrate his 25 years milestone with Radio CHFA/Radio-Canada and includes photographs, congratulatory messages, as well as a number of original poems and drawings by Normand Fontaine.

            The fonds consists of video master copies of separate productions created by Urquhart for ACCESS TV (two episodes of Career and Technology Studies, Virtually Seeking Information, English Everyday, and an episode of A Woman I Know) and one for Network One Productions (Canadian Skydiving Championship 1997).

            The remaining tapes and textual records are from an unfinished documentary focusing on Canadian artist Attila Richard Lukacs. The tapes consist of nine original camera tapes on Betacam SP and duplicate copies of the camera tapes on VHS. The footage consists of interviews with Lukacs and images of the artist at work. The accompanying textual records consist of time logs for the tapes as well as proposals for the documentary, correspondence, and notes.

            This series consists of photographs, negatives, lantern slides and transparencies of various subjects taken in or related to the northern communities of Canada in the Vice-Province of Mackenzie. The images were created or collected by the Oblates in the course of their administrative work or personal lives, and the records often reflect their secular interests. The breadth of the subject matter is immense and unique and documents many aspects of northern Canada and its peoples. Subjects may include Oblates and sisters in the various communities, missions, religious events and activities.

            The images show communities and activities and include local landscapes, indigenous camps, missions, waterways, fauna, fishing, churches and buildings, indigenous people and families, bands and orchestras, transportation, hunting, fur trade, trapping, colleges and schools, Indian residential Schools and students, museums, sports, industries and farming.

            The subjects also focus specifically on the various communities the Oblates served in the north, including: Aklavik, Fort Chipewyan, Fort Norman, Fort Rae, Fort Resolution, Fort Simpson, Fort Smith, Inuvik, Yellowknife, as well as many other communities. There are many images of artists’ work at Holman (now Ulukhaktok) on Victoria Island, a cooperative the Oblates, specifically Henri Tardy, were involved in.
