    A meeting was held on December 31, 1921 to organize a social club. Those in attendance unanimously agreed to form a social club, which became the Bellerose Harmony Club. Entertainment was to be held on the second and fourth Fridays of each month.

    The fonds consists of minutes and membership lists of the Bellerose Harmony Club originally dating from 1921 to 1923.

    Mrs. E.B. (Maxine) LeClair allowed the Provincial Archives of Alberta to copy the records in 1979. Mrs. E.B. (Maxine) LeClair's mother, Mrs. John (Sarah) Harrold, was the secretary-treasurer of the Bellerose Harmony Club.
