            The fonds consists of records of the Krause Milling Company, primarily for Radway, and includes correspondence, blank stationary, records of grain storage, receipts, and lists of those with liens upon their crops provided by Albert Hail Insurance Board. The fonds also includes blank forms for the Gillespie Grain Company Limited, with whom the Bruderheim Milling Company cooperated.

            The collection consists of copies of photographs acquired from the Medicine Hat Historical and Museum Foundation featuring views of the Medicine Hat area dating from the late 19th century and the early part of the 20th century including views of Medicine Hat, Bassano, Irvine, Farmers' Lumber Co. Ltd, Metis women, Connaught School, a milling company, Medicine Hat Crayon Company, a fire at the Alberta Linseed Oil Mills, Medicine Hat Glass Company, a court house, agricultural machinery, agricultural activities, Captain Ross' steam launch, flour mills, a baptism, a Canadian Pacific Railway Train, cowboys, First Nations, a pottery barn, pioneers, a football team, St. John's Presbyterian Church, surveyor's camps, and Canadian National Railway Depots. The collection also includes images featuring Hudson's Bay Company Factors.

            The fonds consist of administrative and operational records created by various staff in the course of managing the North West Feeds company and the mill. The records document all aspects of the running of the mill, and included are ledgers related to feed and mix production, sales and purchases, financial records, and correspondence related to the daily operation and upkeep of the mill and the property up to its dissolution and sale.

            The fonds includes records of incorporation, efforts to have the site designated a provincial historic site, minutes of director meetings, as well as some records related to the operations of Gold Medal Feeds.

            Records created prior to the sale of the mill to George Cormie include ledgers related to general accounts, sales and payroll, as well as a photograph of George Mills Cormie, and lantern slides that depict company buildings, equipment and products.
