The fonds consists of material used, maintained and collected by Hans Palm including certificates, farm account books, photographs, ledgers, income tax returns, passbooks, correspondence, farming magazines, catalogs, manuals, policies, posters, registrations, and calendars dating from the 1940s to the 1950s.

Fonds consists of personal diaries belonging to Jim and George Hodgson describing their trip from England to Canada and their experiences on their brother’s farm. Fonds also consists of business diaries outlining the daily business conducted on the farm including information about livestock, produce and financial accounts, as well as scrapbooks full of newspaper clippings.

The fonds reflects Pauline Maruschak's activities with Holy Cross Church in Hay Lakes, Alberta and consists of a booklet written by Pauline Maruschak entitled, "Exaltation of the Holy Cross Ukrainian Catholic Church of Hay Lakes" (1990). The booklet documents the history of the Holy Cross Church in Hay Lakes, Alberta.
