Although he wanted to work in the country, Rev. Summers was sent to St. Paul's Parish in Edmonton. He was responsible for the naming of St. Michael's and All Angels Church. Rev. Summers served in Canada from June 8, 1908 to May 31, 1911, after which time he returned to England.
