The fonds consists of records created and received by Raymond Speaker during his tenure as a provincial cabinet minister. The records primarily consists of files created while serving as the minister responsible for personnel, including the operations of the Personnel Administration Office. The files include minutes of the Civil Service Joint Council (1923-1971), case files regarding personnel in individual departments, and subject files pertaining to legislation and policy matters. The files include records created by Anders Aalborg, Speaker's predecessor as minister responsible for personnel, that Speaker received upon taking office.

The fonds also includes press releases issued in 1969 by the Ministry of Social Development and photographs of past Ministers of Public Welfare and Ministers of Social Development.

The fonds consists of the records created and received by Anders Aalborg as a Member of the Legislative Assembly as well as a cabinet minister. The fonds is divided into the following series:

• Constituency records;
• Minister of Education records, which include files received from his predecessor Ivan Casey when Aalborg took office;
• Provincial Treasurer records, which include files received from his predecessor Edgar Hinman when Aalborg took office; and
• Other cabinet records, which may include records received as Minister of Telephones.

The fonds consists of the records created and received by Lou Hyndman during his career as a Member of the Legislative Assembly and a cabinet minister. The fonds is divided into the following series:

• Constituency records;
• Minister of Education records, including files received from his predecessors Ivan Casey, Anders Aalborg, Randolph McKinnon, Raymond Reierson, and Bob Clark;
• Minister of Federal and Intergovernmental Affairs records, including files received from his predecessor Don Getty; and
• Provincial Treasurer records.

The fonds consists of the records of Dick Johnston pertaining to his career as a Member of the Legislative Assembly and a provincial cabinet minister. The fonds is divided into the following series:

• Ministerial records, including records from his predecessor Lou Hyndman as Minister of Federal and Intergovernmental Affairs as well as Provincial Treasurer;
• Constituency records; and
• Minister of Municipal Affairs records, including records from his predecessors Alfred Hooke, Edgar Gerhart, Frederick Colborne and David Russell that Johnston received upon taking office

The fonds consists of the records of Merv Leitch that were created or received during his tenure as a provincial cabinet minister. The fonds includes the following series:

• Attorney General records, including some records of his predecessors Ernest C. Manning and Edgar Gerhart;
• Minister responsible for the Personnel Administration Office; and
• Provincial Treasurer records.

The fonds consists of the records of Gordon Miniely created and received during his tenure as Provincial Treasurer, including records from his predecessor Anders Aalborg that Miniely received upon taking office.
