The series comprises account books from unidentified businesses as well as those of Jesse Stewart, the Canmore Coal Company, the Merchants Bank of Canada, Globe Savings and Loan, the Alexander Hotel, as well as the estate of M.G. McLean. The series also includes correspondence, lists, account books, cheques, stock certificates, agreements, racing tickets, drivers licenses, photographs, receipts, promissory notes, prescription forms, counterfeit currency, dice, and a deck of cards.

The records include policies, procedures, agreements, correspondence, orders and directives, minutes of meetings, statistical and position reports, and case files of dairy manufacturing plants. The records also pertain to milk quotas, litigation activities, the National Milk Marketing Plan, equalization pools, and the Western Milk Pool. The photographs include glass plate negatives of early dairy farming activities as well as images of Board members who served from 1975-2001.

  • Sports and recreational activities, such as fishing, camping, skiing, hockey, the Grey Cup, Canada Winter Games, golfing, Summer Games, and the Calgary Olympics;

They include Form TM51 Fire Damage Evaluation, which indicate forest type, area map, percentage of fire kill, and volume. They include fire maps, which show fire and fire weather. They include Form FP63 Air tanker Drop Evaluation, which indicate the type of retardant used, mission success, fire behavior, size of fire, and type of mission. The records also include the Fire Cost Record, which indicates equipment and other costs as well as correspondence and related documents.
