J.The fonds consists of research files on topics such as education, economic development, and child poverty that were compiled and used by Pannu during his time as an MLA; NDP documents such as campaign literature and policy documents; campaign files for Pannu’s election campaigns including volunteer lists, campaign literature, and speaking notes for public appearances; tributes to Pannu received when he retired from politics; papers written by Pannu as a student and faculty member; and university faculty documents such as grant applications, performance evaluations, tenure applications, and committee files. There is also a copy of The Sikh Canadians, a history of Sikh communities in Canada written by Manmohan Singh Minhas, with an author’s inscription to Pannu.
The photographs depict Pannu at public events during his career as an MLA and the audiovisual records consist of tributes to Pannu created at the end of his political career and a copy of the swearing-in of NDP MLAs in 1997.

The records include correspondence, briefs suggesting changes to legislation, amendments to acts and regulations, reports and newspaper clippings relating to such subjects as the Alberta Federation of Labour, apprenticeship, the Board of Industrial Relations, the Bureau of Statistics, the Canadian Congress of Labour, the Civil Service Commission, Cooperatives, credit unions, hours of work, licensing of trades and businesses, the Alberta Power Commission and the Provincial Marketing Board. The fonds also includes a single file of correspondence from 1953 of his successor, Norman Willmore.

The files pertain to administration of the Department of Public Works, interdepartmental relations, highways, roads, ferries, oil sands, swimming pools, liaison with stakeholder groups such as the Alberta Motor Association and the Canadian Good Roads Association.

Dixon, ArtThe fonds consists of the records created and received by Hugh Horner during his tenure as Minister of Agriculture (1971-1975) as well as agriculture-related reference materials (1945-1967) assembled by Horner. The fonds also includes two photographs featuring members of the House of Commons dating from 1961.

E.C. Manning, photographs, and a scrapbook containing newspaper clippings of Willmore’s achievements from 1944 until 1965.

The fonds consists of records pertaining to James H. Walker's career as a provincial politician. The The records include subject files pertaining to beet growers, boards of trade, the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation (CCF), credit societies, gas, oil, and petroleum, the Independent group, municipal districts, response to the federal Rowell-Sirois report, school boards, temperance, universities, water conservation, the Alberta Wheat Pool, and other topics. The records also include photocopies of notes and newspaper clippings, originally dating from the 1940s and early 1950s, primarily including notes for speeches given in 1944 in the Legislative Assembly.
Walker, James H.The fonds includes personal records, legal files, church records, and records from Amerongen’s career as a Member of the Legislative Assembly.
The MLA records include constituency files (including newsletters to constituents and correspondence), riding association files (including minutes and reports), caucus files (including minutes and reports), speeches, election campaign records, photographs of political events, VHS recordings of Amerongen’s farewell ceremonies from the Legislative Assembly, and Speaker’s rulings.
The church records provide evidence of Amerongen’s extensive involvement with various bodies of the Catholic Church and include parish committee files and Caritas High School board minutes and correspondence.
The legal records include administrative records from Amerongen’s law office and were selected as evidence of his decades-long career as a practicing lawyer. Samples of his case files were also selected as evidence of his legal career but most case files were not selected due to privacy concerns. Those that were selected will be closed for a period of 50 years from the date of creation.
The personal records include scrapbooks, family records (including correspondence, records related to anniversary celebrations, and religious writings), and condolence cards and other records related to funerals for family members.

The records also include some correspondence between MacLachlan and Board members as well as an incomplete transcript of the 1938 proceedings of the Supreme Court of Canada regarding the three Social Credit bills reserved by Alberta Lieutenant-Governor John C.
