            Loose photos from St Mary’s IRS, including group photos of students, and photos of students doing activities (eg. Sports, crafts, dance, cadets, track and field). Many of the photos include dates and grade numbers. There is also a photo from a wedding at the Blood school. Some photos of people wearing regalia.

            First item is a list of families living within a three mile radius of ‘Farm 3’ on the Blood reserve [Kainai First Nation] in 1949, including the name of the head of family, number of children, names of school age children. Created by Indian Agency. Second item is a Blood Agency list of families on Blood reserve in 1948, annotated by oblate priest. Includes an inserted page with a list of catholic babies born that year.

            This photo album contains photos related to various Residential Schools, including Dunbow Industrial School students (1886-1905), Blood/Standoff Residential School (180, 1895), St Mary’s Residential School, Brocket Residential School, Cluny Residential School (1918).

            This series includes government records relevant to the day and residential schools near Cardston, in the Blood Reserve (inhabited largely by people of the Kainai Nation). It includes health and operational records about the St. Mary's (Catholic) and St. Paul's (Anglican) Residential Schools and the day schools also on the Blood Reserve.
