              The fonds consists of images copied from glass negatives, originally dating 1916-1918, primarily of the Sedgewick, Alberta area, including a horse and cart, horse and sleigh, a girl and her doll, grain elevators, horse racing, Sports Days, buildings, farms, a baptism, musicians, harvesting, school construction, automobiles, a tractor, a sail boat, horses; also included are images of the Sports Day in Killam, Alberta and a view of Killam. Some of the glass negatives from which copies were made were quite damaged and this is reflected in the copies that were made.

              The collection includes a copy of a fictionalized article entitled "A suit for Herbie," by Terence Thompson, relating to banking in "Rose Valley," along with Thompson's account of how he came to Killam, Alberta as a Bank of Montreal employee and a letter addressed to Dutton from Thompson; and a copy of a biographical sketch entitled "The Saga of My Paternal Grandparents: Thomas and Margaret Henderson," by Ada Elizabeth Law, an account about the Henderson family's journey from Maple Ridge, British Columbia to Fort Edmonton, North-West Territories, in 1880 and their years homesteading in the Rabbit Hill area of Alberta, and an accompanying letter to Dutton from Irene Gillespie, Ada Elizabeth Law's cousin, who gave Law's article to Dutton.

Colquette entitled "The Farmer Comes to Town" regarding William Halsall and the Killam Co-op; a copy of the Edmonton Churchman vol. 111 no. 2 pertaining to J.A. Neely of Killam; an Order of Service during the Ordination of the Reverend William Brooks to the Priesthood in St. John's Church in Sedgewick; and an account by Mrs. A.N. Wetton entitled "On the Lloydminster Trail" pertaining to Canon W.H. English.

Brown dating from 1920, a copy of a map of the Westmount neighborhood in Edmonton circa 1910, a map of the Yellowhead Highway from Edmonton to Lloydminster, Alberta dating from the 1960s, and a photograph of Morley, Alberta taken by A.W. "Nick" Carter in 1920, a tractor advertisement, and images of threshing machinery and outfits.
