The series consists of the plans, correspondence and other records relating to the design and construction of the Ward’s home by the women-led architectural firm of Wallbridge and Imrie, including: a copy of Women in Architecture Bulletin and Elevation West magazine referencing the project; an account book of building costs for the home construction; the contract and specifications for the home construction; photographs and negatives of home construction and interior; and, clippings referencing the home’s architects.

The series also consists of construction expenditures as well as specifications for a pottery kiln.
