Fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, and financial statements of the Darwell Centralized School Board.

The fonds consists of release prints, A and B rolls, answer prints, inter-negatives, original camera rolls (negative and reversal), mixed soundtracks, and original audio reels created for Viator Films documentaries. Most of these films focus on Cree communities in northern Alberta. These titles are This Place—Chipewyan Lakes, Spring Beaver, 40 Yards of Canvas, The Craftsman, Voice of My Grandmother, Season of the Birch, Lac Ste. Anne Experience, and Trout Lake. These films cover a variety of topics including Cree oral traditions, beaver trapping, woodcarving, traditional canoe construction, teepee construction, the Lac Ste. Anne pilgrimage, and Catholic missionaries. There are also two films that focus on the Caribbean immigrant experience in Alberta or life in the Caribbean (Tradewinds: West Indians in Alberta and Sweet Barbados).

The photographs depict various Cree subjects from Chipewyan Lakes, Trout Lake, and other northern Albertan communities. The textual material consists of editing notes, shot lists, and production diaries.

The fonds consists of 44 photographs documenting the Lac St. Anne Pilgrimage dating from 1990 - 1991 taken by George Webber. The fonds also includes a photograph dating from 1988 featuring Charlie Chew and Chun Leong, two Chinese immigrants that operated a restaurant in New Dayton, Alberta at the early part of the 20th century.

The fonds consists of cash books, minutes, cash book receipts, cash book expenditures, assessment and tax rolls, general assessment rolls, tax consolidation records, machinery accounts of the following former local authorities of Lac Ste. Anne County dating from 1911-1970:

The fonds consists of materials collected by the Archives Committee of the Lac Ste. Anne Historical Society throughout the 1950s for the publication of the local history West of the Fifth: a History of the Lac Ste. Anne Municipality. The fonds includes reminiscences, photographs, and correspondence collected by residents and former residents of the region dating from the 1915 and 1950s; research materials such as maps, publications, clippings, pamphlets, and reports dating from the 1950s; and correspondence concerning the publication of West of the Fifth: a History of the Lac Ste. Anne Municipality dating from the 1950s to the 1970s.

The fonds consists of photographs taken by Peggy Symon during a pilgrimage to Lac Ste. Anne, Alberta and includes images of a shrine and adults and children in the lake.

The fonds consists of a history of the Grey Nuns at Lac St. Anne and St. Albert, and bound volumes which have been organized into the following 5 series: The Annales (a Grey Nuns periodical containing news from missions, lists of personnel and short biographies of deceased members of the congregations); General histories; Works written about the Foundress of the Grey Nuns, Saint Marguerite d'Youville; Biographies of the Superiors General; and Miscellaneous items.

The fonds consists of images from Radway including the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and other buildings, images from along the Coal Branch, including stores, buildings, houses, churches, hotels, train station in Cadomin, Luscar, Mercoal, Coalspur, Leyland, Robb, McLeod River and Bickerdike, extensive documentation of the 100th anniversary of Lac St. Anne pilgrimage including day journal kept by Lewis, images of Edmonton grocery stores, Gainer’s Meat Packing plant, Thorsby, Ken Sutton (a trapper at Calling Lake), the opening of a museum at Alberta Beach, the Alberta Metis Association, the Edmonton Street Performers' Festival, the Edmonton Fringe Festival, and sites around Mearns and Ft. Assiniboine.
