The fonds consists of a copy of a chapter out of the First Person Accounts by Ukrainian Pioneers 1891 – 1914, signed by Mr. Erichuk, school and career records of Alex Erichuk, and research into the family tree of Ignace Wanyante, who Caroline Wayandi and Alice Erichuk are descendant of. It also consists of 1 CD of a recorded interview of Mr. Erichuk, 7 photographs of the Salt Mines at which he worked, and 1 USB of photographs depicting Alice Erichuk and her extended family throughout the years and in different places.

The collection consists of photographs taken at various architectural sites around Alberta. These include a survey of housing in the abandoned coal town of Nordegg that was created by the Woolfenden Group, a photographic survey by McIntosh, Workun & Chernenko Architects of a federal building, and architectural surveys of St. Joseph's College, St. Stephen's College, the Ukrainian Village, and Beaver House.

The fonds consists of material pertaining to Barbara Simmons' husband and includes a report written by Mr. Justice A.F. Ewing circa 1942 concerning the 1941 mining disaster of the No. 3 Mine of Brazeau Collieries Limited in Nordegg that resulted in the death of twenty-nine men.

The fonds consists of a postcard of Nakoda people with a tipi and views of the mountains near Banff, Alberta, and photographs from Nordegg, Alberta of trains, the train station, buildings, stores, street scenes, a dogsled, religious services, Indigenous peoples and ceremonies, Harold Kidd and Harold’s brother, Stuart Kidd.

The fonds consists of images of scenes in Alberta acquired by Ian Paterson including Big Island on the North Saskatchewan in 1926, Athabasca Landing Ferry in 1926, the Peace River Highway in 1931, a ferry on the North Saskatchewan River at Strawberry Creek in 1931, the Town of Athabasca in 1932, the Ghost River Dam in 1938, and the Calgary-Edmonton Highway near Bowden in 1938.

The fonds also contains copies of photographic postcards acquired by Ian Paterson dating from the early part of the 20th century. The postcards feature images of Alberta including the Red Deer River Crossing of the Canadian National Railways (CNR) at Drumheller, the Hanna CNR station, the Athabasca River Bridge, the Beaver Bridge at Bonnyville, "Big Eddy", "Steveville", the CNR Station at Alliance, the St. Albert Hotel, Saunders Creek, a pack train at Edson, a bridge at Wabamun, the CNR depot at Jasper, the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) at Lethbridge, the Athabasca River bridge, the Brazeau Collieries at Nordegg, and the Town of Wayne.

Fonds consists of records mainly pertaining to the Northern Alberta Railways Company (NAR), Canadian Pacific Railway Company (CPR), and Edmonton, Dunvegan and British Columbia Railway (ED&BC), and other railway companies and includes copied menus dating 1920, operation manuals, blank report forms, trainmen’s wages and merit tickets, a conductor’s ticket report book, and photographs, copied photographs and negatives depicting various railroad cars, locomotives, employees, trackage, accidents and stations in various parts of Alberta, including Peace River, Dunvegan Yards, Edmonton, Waterways, Grouard, Sexsmith, Watino, Grand Prairie, Sawridge, Smoky River, Nordegg, McLennan, Slave lake, Lesser Slave Lake, Widewater, Dog Island, and Salteaux Landing. Fonds also includes images of Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) boats and trading posts, tennis players, coal mine employees, buildings, equipment and machinery at Nordegg, Alberta, hotels, street views, sawmills, missions, houses, and a Dominion Land Office.

Fonds consists of records relating to Nordegg, Alberta and Brazeau Collieries and includes ration books and newspaper clippings. Fonds also includes photographs depicting the United Church in Nordegg, Alberta and some of its members.

The fonds consists of correspondence of Martin and Sonia Nordegg, and photographs of construction of the Brazeu Colleries and the town of Nordegg dating from 1914 to 1962 collected by Leon Gamsa.

The fonds consists of a copy of a production by the Nordegg Historical Society entitled "The Nordegg Story: Vision in the Valley" (1999). The video documents the history of Nordegg including the information of its founder, Martin Nordegg, the development of the Brazeau Collieries, and the founding of the town.

The fonds also includes images of rancher and juniper root carver Wilf Hodgson (Wilfred Garstang-Hodgson), of Dorothy, Alberta.

Fonds consists of copied photographs dated 1921-1929 that depict aspects of Nordegg, Alberta including a boarding house, street views, cars, houses, and members of the Nordegg Canadian Legion.

The collection consists of records pertaining the Edson Kinsmen Centennial Trail Ride including images documenting the journey, research materials related to the journey, correspondence, reports, publications recounting the journey dating from 1966 - 1967 as well as original photographs from a journey on the Edson Grande Prairie Trail dating from 1912; materials related to the centennial celebration commemorating bush pilots including clippings from The Edmonton Journal, and photographs capturing the celebration dating from 1967; and materials pertaining to the Athabasca to Edmonton trail ride dating from 1966 including Wes Mattie's notebook, a typed log of the trip, newspaper clippings, and images from the journey.
