    Pakan School District No. 3530 Reunion Committee organized in 1990 in order to facilitate the dedication of a cairn inscribed with the names of former students of Pakan School District No. 3530.

    Committee members included Harold and Frances Mitchell, Francis and Anne Mitchell, Garth and Gladys Snyder, Bill and Tillie Granik, Stand and Lil Manchakowski, Walter and Jen Manchakowski, Nick and Rose Manchakowski, Doughlas and Pauline McNeice, Watler and Shirley Mitchell, Metro and Emily Zukiwsky, and Harry and May Starchuk.

    Over 1990 - 1991, the committee held seven meetings. On August 18, 1991, the Cairn ceremony occurred in Pakan, Alberta.

    The fonds consists of minutes of the Pakan School District No. 3530 Committee, lists of former students and teachers, and copies of photographs of the cairn ceremony. The fonds dates from 1990 - 1991.
