    Biographical history

    Robert Guidos was born in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan in 1935. He married Joan Elder in 1955, and together they had four children: Cindy, Jay, Nancy (d. 2014) and Brad.

    Robert worked as a master electrician in Medicine Hat, eventually moving to Edmonton in 1966 to work on oil and gas infrastructure projects in the area.

    He died in Edmonton in 2015.

    Collection consists of a scrapbook containing newspaper and magazine clippings of poems, songs, jokes, and recipes. Scrapbook also includes photographs depicting three individuals and the interior of Epworth Church.

    Mr. Robert Guidos deposited these records in the Provincial Archives of Alberta in 1975. He found the records in an old log cabin in the Cypress Hills, Alberta area.
