The fonds consists primarily of photographs of several generations and branches of the family (Golby, Hansdatter, Madson, Mushka, and Widrick), documenting their history and everyday life and activities, including: weddings, anniversaries, births, deaths, farm life, community life, school and university, work and travel, family reunions and holidays. There are also photos of specific Alberta geographic areas and community landmarks over various time periods, including several photos of Edmonton landmark buildings in the early 1900s, and photos of the Five Lakes School and Mid-Pembina Hall.

The fonds also consists of textual records including family histories and trees, school and university records, teaching records, homesteading and farm records, obituaries and funeral programs, wedding invitations and announcements, eulogies, autobiographies, and correspondence.

This fonds contains records from Evergreen Pastoral Charge and its preaching points, including Mayerthorpe United Church and Sangudo United Church. Records include United Church Women meeting minutes, financial statements and account ledgers, land titles, communion rolls, and several church history booklets.

Other records from the pastoral charge include annual reports, board meeting minutes, steward records, various committee reports and mandates, statements and correspondence on issues and beliefs, newsletters and publications, financial statements and accounts, and several others.

The fonds consists of material created by the Edmonton Regional Metropolitan Planning Commission including site plans created by the Commission in 1966 for the communities of Alcomdale and Mearns, Ardrossan, Glenevis, Magnola, Gunn, Kaunagh, Looma, Namoa, Nisku, Riviere Qui-Barre, Rochford Bridge, Rollyview, Sherwood Park, Sunnybrook, Tomahawk, Telfordville, Villeneuve, Calmar, Devon, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Mayerthrope, Morinville, Stony Plain, Bon Accord, Breton, Entwistle, Gibbons, Legal, New Sarepta, Onaway, Sanguido, Thorsby, Spruce Grove, and Warburg; a map created by the Commission in 1964 displaying Edmonton and Environs; and a 1972 report created by the Commission entitled "Report of Market Areas and Service Centres Edmonton Regional Planning Commission Area."

Fonds consists of the business records of the Sangudo Mutual Telephone Company including minutes, correspondence, reports, agreements, financial records, maps, and a microfilm copy of minutes dating from 1935 to 1945.
