The fonds consists of records tracing the life of the Federation from 1975 to its dissolution in 1987. Included is material from the Section Régionale Jean-Patoine d'Edmonton and the Section Sainte-Anne d'Edmonton. The record are composed of correspondence, minutes, reports, financial statements, agendas, president biographies, conference information, newspaper clippings, biographies of Alberta francophone women, the national newsletter Femmes D'Action and copies of grant applications. It includes some minutes and reports from the branches of Lac Froid and Saint-Isidore, as well as material pertaining to the national-level organization.

The fonds consists of notebooks, biographical notes about Fernando Girard, newsletters, photographs from a fishing trip, newspaper clippings and a speech by and an interview with Fernando Girard. It includes also family correspondence spanning over five decades, including the first letters exchanged between Fernando Girard and his wife.
