Fonds consists of the business records of the Harmattan-Sundre Mutual Telephone Company and includes minutes, memorandum, voting proxies, agreements, notices, annual returns, annual reports, telephone statistics, correspondence, promissory notes, receipts, subscriber lists, share certificates, financial records, subscriber accounts, line maintenance records, plans, newspaper clippings, and maps.

The fonds consists of minutes, tax rolls and assessments, disbursements, and cashbooks of the former local authorities of Mountain View County dating from 1904 – 1972.

The fonds also consists of minutes, registers, and assessment and tax rolls for a number of school districts dating from 1904 – 1989.

The fonds also contains a map illustrating the land boundaries of Mountain View County No. 17.
